If you are like many of my clients, you are a busy woman with many responsibilities in your career and home life. You have a lot on your mind, frequently feel exhausted, and may be burned out from all of the challenges the last few years have brought up.
You know you should "get it together" and maybe make some changes related to your work, your priorities, your habits, or your goals, but most days you can't find time to think and if you have a few moments, your thoughts are scattered. It's hard to think about yourself when so many (or you) are struggling with societal inequity, war, or sickness. And because you take care of others before yourself, this often leaves no capacity to address your needs.
Maybe you have booked an AirBnB or hotel room for yourself before to escape, but then you just fall asleep or get lost in Netflix because you just need to chill out.
Other retreats focus on group activities in exciting locations (Yoga on the beach in Hawaii! Meditate in a jungle treehouse! Change your diet, learn new things, go places, group meals, drumming circles! You get the idea). Those are wonderful at the right time.
However, if you are grappling with major life issues such as a major change in your personal or professional life, dealing with grief, feeling all kinds of ways about a milestone birthday...and you are more on the introverted side, then you need something different.
I offer a tailored weekend where I offer coaching, processing, and healing presence to support you. You don't have to think about meals, clean up, or make yourself do anything. I tend to your needs, manage the flow, and make sure you are being true to yourself. The feeling of ease that arises in this place is almost instant.
No worries about your appearance! It's come as you are.
Your retreat package can include as much solitude as you desire. I can also be a quiet companion for meditation, journaling, reading, walks, or creative projects. It can also include life design or career coaching and creating materials for a job search. It's really up to you. The premise is that by getting away from distractions, being nurtured as the valuable person you are, and relaxing into the views, natural beauty, and calm, your own wisdom has space to arise.
I "hold the space" the entire time and create the safety and sustenance for you to really feel secure in resting and reflecting. I can support you in processing insights, resistance, and implications. I will make the tea, draw the bath, keep the fire going, watch the clock, and help you stay off the screens. We create the schedule together in flow and you can't do it wrong.
When you know you want more contentment, fulfillment, ease, and support in your life, it really helps to experience it so you have a touchstone and trust your compass. It's also a wonderful mental marker to revisit during meditation or to calm yourself under stress.

DETAILS TO CONSIDER
Retreats can occur at a mutually agreed upon location and on dates we select. This is tailored to you!
We both need to be feeling well and a Covid test before retreat is expected if either of us have any unusual symptoms at all.
Dietary restrictions can be accommodated and moderate alcohol/cannabis use is okay. If you have any major physical or mental health issues, those must be discussed prior to booking a retreat.
